Our Most Challenging Project to Date!

The Pergamon team carefully considered whether to include it in our website portfolio, as the initial conditions were exceptionally distressed. Ultimately, we chose to present it as a testament to our dedication, resilience, and commitment to delivering the highest-quality outcomes for our clients.

Our North Street project showcases a property we assisted our client in acquiring through foreclosure. Following the purchase, the client engaged Pergamon Realty to oversee the full renovation and prepare the home for short-term rental. Acting as a comprehensive, end-to-end partner, we guided every phase of the process, including acquisition, rehabilitation, interior design, furnishing, and ultimately bringing the property to market.

In keeping with the home’s 1960s origins, we curated a cohesive mid-century design concept that has resonated strongly with guests and enhanced the overall rental appeal. In one of the images, our founder, Dr. Arwen Puteri, can be seen actively involved in the transformation.
