Dade City has also been known as the Kumquat Capital of the World since the early 1900s, when horticulturist George O. Peterson began cultivating kumquat groves in the area. Thanks to the region’s ideal climate, the Kumquat quickly became a signature crop and part of the town’s identity.

Each apartment features HVAC air conditioning and a ceiling fan to keep the space comfortably cool year round. Residents also enjoy access to a separate on site laundry room with coin operated machines, as well as ample on site parking.
