Pergamon Realty recently assumed management of Hillside Trace Apartments, a 65-unit community. At the time of transition, the property required significant operational and physical improvements. The renovation team we hired promptly began restoring multiple vacant units, while the management team engaged directly with residents to better understand their needs and priorities, and to mitigate further vacancy risk. Initial enhancements have included the renovation of the community laundry facilities and leasing office, with comprehensive exterior building upgrades planned as the next phase.
