Dr. Arwen Puteri is the Founder and Broker of Pergamon Realty, bringing more than a decade of experience in real estate investment, property management, and multifamily operations. She oversees a portfolio of hundreds of residential units throughout Florida and has extensive experience in acquisitions, asset management, leasing, renovations, and long term investment strategy.
In addition to her real estate career, Dr. Puteri holds a Ph.D. in history from the University of South Florida and has spent over a decade as a university professor. Her academic background contributes a disciplined, analytical approach to real estate investing and property operations, with a strong emphasis on research, strategic planning, and data driven decision making.
At Pergamon Realty, Dr. Puteri is dedicated to helping investors maximize returns while protecting and enhancing the long term value of their assets. Brad A. Bernstein
Senior Advisor, Pergamon Realty
Brad Bernstein serves as Senior Advisor to Pergamon Realty, providing strategic guidance on investment opportunities, growth initiatives, and long term value creation. With decades of experience in private equity, investment banking, and capital markets, he advises the firm on acquisitions, portfolio strategy, and business development.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bernstein has helped source and evaluate investments, support operating companies through periods of growth, and guide successful investment outcomes. His extensive leadership experience and deep network within the financial and real estate communities bring valuable insight to Pergamon Realty's mission of acquiring, managing, and enhancing multifamily properties.
Mr. Bernstein holds a BBA in Finance from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Dayly Alvarez

Dayly Alvarez serves as Pergamon Realty's Property Manager for the communities east of Tampa. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is known for her exceptional attention to detail and her commitment to maintaining the highest standards for each property under her care.
What sets Dayly apart is her genuine dedication to both the physical appearance of the community and the satisfaction of its residents. She understands that responsive management and resident happiness are essential to tenant retention, especially in the highly competitive Tampa Bay rental market.

Affectionately known within our company as "Mrs. Claus," Karen's kind and cheerful demeanor immediately puts residents and vendors at ease. However, behind that sweet personality is an experienced bookkeeper who knows her numbers and takes great pride in maintaining accurate records and strong financial oversight.
