The Pergamon team currently manages a 40-unit apartment community in Brandon. At the time of acquisition, the property had experienced years of neglect, requiring a comprehensive repositioning strategy. We began with a full renovation of the leasing office, recognizing its importance as the primary point of contact for prospective residents. In addition, outdated and missing signage was replaced to enhance the property’s presentation and visibility.
Exterior improvements followed, including the replacement of deteriorating fencing and a complete refresh of the building façades through professional painting and detailing. Each enhancement was carried out with a focus on elevating both appearance and functionality. These improvements supported a strategic increase in rental rates while significantly reducing vacancy levels. Below is a selection of before-and-after images showcasing the transformation.
