Our Most Creative Project

A client approached Pergamon Realty seeking guidance on how to repurpose a 200-square-foot concrete structure on his property, originally built as a bomb shelter. We developed a strategic concept to maximize the space, transforming it into a fully functional and design-forward short-term rental.

As illustrated below, our team reimagined the structure as a distinctive “tiny house,” complete with thoughtful layout, finishes, and amenities tailored for guest comfort. With targeted marketing and positioning, the property has performed exceptionally well on Airbnb, generating approximately $2,000 per month and attracting strong guest interest for its unique character.
